   • Action → Healer to undergo a formal caustic-allergy test plus routine panels advised by the doctor and share the reports.
   • Further protocol guidance will be given after results arrive.
2. MSME & Startup Support Roll-out
   • RDS Scalar has engaged multiple founders and MSMEs over the past 10 days (current hubs: Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jabalpur, Delhi, Lucknow, Bengaluru, others).
   • Age band of founders: roughly 28-42 years.
   • Calendar is full; workstreams are active in funding, customer acquisition and survival strategy.
   • Action → Continue onboarding and document case studies for internal learning.
3. Super-Graduation & Train-the-Trainer Program
   • Outline shared for curriculum and trainer pipeline.
   • Action → Curriculum team to finalise modules; recruitment of first trainer cohort to begin.
4. Language Expansion Strategy
   • Immediate focus on Tamil, Kannada and Odia interfaces before scaling to the slower Hindi belt.
   • Action → Regional leads to start localisation and community building in these three languages.
5. Vision & Scale
   • Long-term target: serve 1 crore (10 million) people using language, culture and technology without relying on any government.
   • Tech team tasked with designing a multilingual engagement platform.
6. Confidential Initiative
   • A sensitive project (currently known to four implementers) was noted. Details are recorded in a separate confidential log.

3. Decisions Taken

• Approve caustic-allergy testing immediately.

   • रिपोर्ट मिलने के बाद अगली सलाह दी जाएगी।
2. एमएसएमई व स्टार्ट-अप सहायता
   • पिछले 10 दिनों में कई संस्थाओं से जुड़ाव (चेन्नै, अहमदाबाद, जबलपुर, दिल्ली, लखनऊ, बेंगलुरु आदि)।
   • संस्थापकों की आयु लगभग 28-42 वर्ष।
   • कार्रवाई → ऑनबोर्डिंग जारी रखें और केस स्टडी तैयार करें।
3. सुपर-ग्रेजुएशन व ट्रेन-द-ट्रेनर कार्यक्रम
   • पाठ्यक्रम रूपरेखा और ट्रेनर चयन पर चर्चा।
   • कार्रवाई → टीम पाठ्यक्रम अंतिम रूप दे; प्रथम बैच के ट्रेनरों की भर्ती प्रारम्भ करें।
4. भाषा विस्तार रणनीति
   • त्वरित लक्ष्य: तमिल, कन्नड़, उड़िया; बाद में हिंदी क्षेत्र।
   • कार्रवाई → क्षेत्रीय टीमें स्थानीयकरण व कम्युनिटी-बिल्डिंग शुरू करें।
5. दृष्टि व पैमाना
   • दीर्घकालिक लक्ष्य: भाषा-संस्कृति-तकनीक के मेल से 1 करोड़ लोगों को सेवा देना, बिना सरकारी निर्भरता के।
   • टेक टीम को बहुभाषी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म डिज़ाइन का कार्य सौंपा गया।
