Many people today are turning to OMAD — 1 Meal a Day — as a quick way to lose weight, manage sugar, or “detox the body.”

But let’s get honest:
1 meal a day isn’t a shortcut. It’s a science.

Done right, OMAD can heal your body.
Done wrong, it can starve your cells and feed your parasites.

Science Behind OMAD

When you eat only 1 Meal a day, your body does the following:
